"What's significant about this rural road construction process is that it relies solely on prime acrylic polymers, rather than toxic chemicals to help us make a proper base. KleerGrip effectively penetrates and hardens base layer. KleerTack maintains its stickiness as a tackifier even after curing, giving us ample time to prepare any kind of surface, KleerPrime solidifies the top tire contact surface unlike any other polymer I've used, and KleerSeal impregnates the work, making it water repellent, causing water to bead on the road surface and slide off into the culverts. At this point we can leave it as a natural road or cap it with asphalt, knowing that either way we have finished a road that will now withstand the rigors of traffic and the vicissitudes of weather."

At Lauden Kleer, we embraced a fresh, eco-conscious approach to rural road construction, guided by the latest advancements in polymer science. Our goal was to reimagine a sustainable methodology that prioritizes durability, adaptability, and efficiency in every phase of road development.:
In developing our solutions, we remain dedicated to science-backed innovations that uphold both environmental integrity and the real-world durability and adaptability essential for sustainable infrastructure.
Our research went beyond conventional thinking. Building on hands-on experience and insights from leading research, we developed four specialized polymers, each tailored to address critical steps: subgrade compaction, load distribution, layer adhesion, wear course resilience, and impermeability.
The result is a robust solution that supports strong bonding for non-cohesive materials, offers true waterproofing, and extends road durability—all at a cost engineers can justify. With this approach, we provide rural roads built to last, adaptable to extreme weather, various aggregate types, and even sand. Rather than sidestepping sand’s challenges, we created a polymer for it.
Our commitment to science-driven advancement has culminated in a comprehensive training course:

Description:
KleerGrip™ delivers consistent results in dust control and soil stabilization, whether on busy construction sites or unpaved roads. It mitigates dust and sand migration, and it hardens the aggregates it is mixed into, resolving into a hard matrix, that continues to harden as the anionic molecules continue to migrate. Internally, we say "KleerGrip™ is what other polymers wish to be when they grow up". Excellence. Every time.
The closer the pH is to neutral (or slightly alkaline), the more compatible the polymer will be with inert soils, crushed rocks and hydraulic binders (cement will jump to a pH of 12-13 when water is added). With KleerGrip, concrete cures to a robust and durable finish, showcasing enhanced compressive strength and a deeper, darker color due to the KleerGrip's effective molecule migration into the cement matrix.
With a 0°C MFFT, KleerGrip ensures reliable film formation even in cooler environments or seasons without the need for additional heating. Its durability provides long-lasting protection against erosion, rutting, and surface degradation, especially in high-traffic areas exposed to heavy machinery.
When added to cement mortars, KleerGrip significantly boosts the compressive strength of concrete. The lower the MFFT (0°C), the more flexibility to work in any climate or season. Kleer™ polymers are strongly anionic. With all these features, the more complex the polymer is to manufacture, therefore these products generally cost more. Not at Lauden Kleer.
For even harsher conditions, we also have KleerZero™ that forms a film at -15°C, a perfect polymer for extreme cold (Alaska, Canada, Scandinavia, etc).
KleerGrip is an original Lauden Kleer Prime Polymer with engineered enhanced characteristics specific for penetrating and forming a stable matrix in sand, dust and soil, where everything is precisely calculated to work the way it should. Because you have other things to worry about.
