A. Yes. It's called KleerPrime™ and it has 50% solids content, MFFT 23°C.

Q. KleerPrime sounds great, but do you have it with Freeze/Thaw resistance?

Q. KleerPrime™ and KleerPrime Plus™ sound great. Can I get the same price?

Q. Any other differences between KleerGrip™ and KleerPrime™?
A. The two products are very similar, and have the same pH. KP has a viscosity of 1000-3000 mpa.s. Both handle UV, rain and weather superbly, both are superior surfactants. KG is designed to penetrate sand, dust and soil, and KP is designed to spread, to smooth out your slurry or wet mix quickly (self level).
KleerPrime™ is "the secret" of micro surface** success when resurfacing bridges and roads with a thin layer of concrete. KleerGrip will also self-level a slurry but at a more controlled pace. Tested side by side, they have slightly different behavior. It is a matter of preference. Both have molecules that migrate and help your concrete continue to strenghten long after application. KG and KP are designed for different things. Things to remember: If you store polymer during winter you should get Prime Plus. If you work below 23C then get Grip. If you work where it is permanently below 0°C then get KleerZero. Pricing for KZ is different, and no other specialized Kleer products are part of this limited time offer. ** Micro surfacing requires more than just polymer and cement. It is best left to the experts. For instance fly ash improves workability and reduces water requirements, polyester or polypropylene fibers improve tensile strength, reduce cracking and raise resistance to abrasion, silica fume increases density and reduces permeability, lime improves adhesion, and slag prevents cracks and reduces carbon footprint.

Description:

KleerGrip™ delivers consistent results in dust control and soil stabilization, whether on busy construction sites or unpaved roads. It mitigates dust and sand migration, and it hardens the aggregates it is mixed into, resolving into a hard matrix, that continues to harden as the anionic molecules continue to migrate. Internally, we say "KleerGrip™ is what other polymers wish to be when they grow up". Excellence. Every time.

 

The closer the pH is to neutral (or slightly alkaline), the more compatible the polymer will be with inert soils, crushed rocks and hydraulic binders (cement will jump to a pH of 12-13 when water is added). With KleerGrip, concrete cures to a robust and durable finish, showcasing enhanced compressive strength and a deeper, darker color due to the KleerGrip's effective molecule migration into the cement matrix.

 

With a 0°C MFFT, KleerGrip ensures reliable film formation even in cooler environments or seasons without the need for additional heating. Its durability provides long-lasting protection against erosion, rutting, and surface degradation, especially in high-traffic areas exposed to heavy machinery.

 

When added to cement mortars, KleerGrip significantly boosts the compressive strength of concrete. The lower the MFFT (0°C), the more flexibility to work in any climate or season. Kleer™ polymers are strongly anionic. With all these features, the more complex the polymer is to manufacture, therefore these products generally cost more. Not at Lauden Kleer.

 

For even harsher conditions, we also have KleerZero™ that forms a film at -15°C, a perfect polymer for extreme cold (Alaska, Canada, Scandinavia, etc).
